Common signs of Menopause

Hot flash indicates that a woman is coming close to menopause.  Irregular menstrual periods is another sign which may last longer or shorter or even could come closer together or farther apart, depending on the woman.

But there are some women who don’t experience these changes at all. Their period just stops. But some women have a difficult time during perimenopause to which, this is the time leading up to menopause.
